| Vicki was born in Houston where she participated in competitive gymnastics for over 10 years. As a high school athlete, she also played volleyball and was a nationally ranked cheerleader. She later went on to be an instructor for the National Cheerleaders Association. Vicki earned her bachelors in education from The University of Oklahoma. She has over 16 years of experience as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and Spinning instructor. Vicki was a top nationally ranked fitness competitor participating in several events including Fitness America, NPC Fitness National Championships, and ESPN Fitness Championships. As a fitness competitor, she has been featured in many popular fitness publications including Muscle and Fitness, Oxygen, Natural Bodybuilder, and Ironman. She enjoys sharing her active lifestyle with her two daughters and husband, Mark. |
