Why a boot camp?
- Boot camps are a cost effective way to receive professional training at a reasonable price.
- The group environment is great for accountability, competition and fun.
- The American College of Sports Medicine recently released a study reporting Outdoor Boot Camps as the #1 Fitness Trend.
Why Camp Gladiator?
In addition to being the fastest growing fitness movement in the United States, Camp Gladiator has been voted "Best Of" by virtually every publication and ranking agency in existence, including Competitor, D Magazine, Austin Fit, Rare Magazine, and WFAA. There are a lot of reasons for our success - here are a few:

1. More Locations
- We have locations and times all over town. Once you're registered you can attend any and all locations as many times as you like. Sadly, other camps cannot compete because most only offer one location or charge even more for a fewer locations.

2. Lowest Cost - Our initial cost is lower than virtually every other camp. Our discounts are better than any other camp, and our consecutive camp discount can get your cost down to less than $5/session. Our consecutive campers only pay between $69-$95 per camp and when you throw in our $25 credit for referring a friend, many of our campers don't pay a dime!

3. More Fun - No, we do not wear combat boots and yell at you. No, you will not fear for your life. What we promise is a fun, challenging, and competitive environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. CG is more than a boot camp, it's a way of life.
Who is a good candidate for boot camp?
The short answer to this question is EVERYONE – men, women, young and old. All fitness levels are welcome; we have competitive athletes, and others who haven't worked out in years. The program allows campers to go at their own pace, so no one ever holds anyone else up and no one ever gets held up by others. Our motto is to kick your own butt and and our job is to help get the most out of you. Are you trying to lose weight? Training for a marathon? Getting fit before your wedding? Trying to mix up your routine? Looking for an environment to challenge/motivate you? You should sign up for these reasons and dozens more.
What type of exercises should I expect?
At Camp Gladiator, no two work-outs will be the same. As a multi-sport star, collegiate athlete, and American Gladiators Grand Champion, Ally credits “keeping it fun” as having the biggest impact on her sports career. Campers should expect a total body workout. A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more. Most of the drills are timed (i.e. pushups for 60 seconds) to allow all fitness levels to get the best workout possible.
Who are Camp Gladiator's trainers?
Camp Gladiator was voted "The Best" and is only interested in hiring the best. Our trainers are certified, have years of experience, and all bring something unique to the table. If you think you have what it takes and are interested in opening a Camp Gladiator location, email us at infoDFW@campgladiator.com.
