Why a boot camp?
Boot camps are proving more and more popular as a cost effective way to receive professional training and instruction in a setting designed to get the most out of you. Many people pay up to $100/hour for a personal trainer because they believe they will see better results (and they usually do). For a fraction of the cost, a boot camp creates a high intensity environment where you can see and measure your improvement. The proof is in the puddin’ and the truth is boot camps are growing in demand because they deliver results.
Why Camp Gladiator?
We always believed we were the best, but now that the voters have spoken, it's official. Competitor Magazine conducted polls and CG was voted as the Best Boot Camp in TX. As the head instructor, Ally Davidson prides herself on creating dynamic, high intensity workouts that cater to all fitness levels. In fact, the program has been so popular, Camp Gladiator is the fastest growing boot camp in the United States. Here's four reasons we're #1.

1. More Locations
- We have locations and times all over town, and once you're registered you can attend any and all locations as many times as you like. Sadly, other camps cannot compete because most only offer one location or charge even more for a few locations.

2. Lowest Cost - Our initial cost is lower than virtually every other camp. Our discounts are better than any other camp, and our consecutive camp discount can get your cost down to less than $5/session. Throw in our $25 credit for referring a friend and many of our campers don't pay a dime for camp!

3. More Fun - No, we do not wear combat boots and yell at you. No, you will not fear for your life. What we promise is a fun, challenging, and competitive environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. Also, the games at Camp Gladiator have become legendary. Honestly, when was the last time you had a pumpkin race, played cat & mouse, tug of war, or ran your very own "Eliminator" obstacle course? No other boot camp offers this type of experience.

4. Better Trainers - Because our head trainers own and operate their own locations we only attract the absolute cream of the crop. We have former NFL players, collegiate stars, and personal trainers that are widely considered to be the best in the entire city.
Who is a good candidate for boot camp?
The short answer to this question is EVERYONE – men, women, young and old. All fitness levels are accepted; so if you’re not in great shape don’t feel like you’ll be holding everyone up. The entire point of Camp Gladiator is to get you into great shape. Are you trying to lose weight? Training for a marathon? Getting fit before your wedding? Trying to mix up your routine? You should sign up for these reasons and dozens more.
What type of exercises should I expect?
At Camp Gladiator, no two work-outs will be the same. As a multi-sport star, collegiate athlete, and American Gladiators Grand Champion, Ally credits “keeping it fun” as having the biggest impact on her sports career. Campers should expect a total body workout. A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix, and much much more. Most of the drills are timed (i.e. pushups for 60 seconds) to allow all fitness levels to get the best workout possible.
Who are Camp Gladiator's trainers?
Camp Gladiator was voted "The Best" and is only interested in hiring "The Best". Our trainers are certified, have years of experience, and all bring something unique to the table. If you think you have what it takes and are interested in opening a Camp Gladiator location, email us at contender@campgladiator.com.
What do I need to bring?
One of the great things about boot camp is that not much is required. If by chance you forget any of the equipment, just bring yourself. If you want to be fully prepared for your first boot camp bring an exercise mat (can be purchased at Target or Walmart for $10-$15), running shoes, a pair of dumbells you can handle (usually between 5lbs and 15lbs), water, a jump rope and a small towel.
How much does it cost?
Visit our pricing section to get exact details. There are various discount programs available, and Camp Gladiator rewards returning campers with our "consecutive camp discount." Also, receive $25 for every camper you refer!
What about weather?
No need to worry about weather because we never cancel a camp. Never. Rain, shine, sleet or snow, there will be a trainer present to greet you with a big CG smile! Every location has a covered area or alternate area where camp can be held if needed due to weather. Camp Gladiator is rain or shine!
